Sales Manager - Business Banking Digital Sales

Job TitleLeads a team of 12 responsible for engaging and responding to digital customer sales inquiries via inbound call, web, and chat, and driving each interaction to a successful sales outcome. Serves as a collaborative sales leader and performance coach who builds a high-performing culture and develops sales acumen, sales discipline, and pipeline mastery across the team to consistently exceed sales results.Basic Qualifications - Typically a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Typically three or more years of sales management experiencePreferred Skills/ExperienceAdvanced knowledge of sales strategies and new business developmentExperience leading combined sales and support functionsKnowledge of banking products, operations, and current market trendsComfort adopting new tools and technology to improve sales and serviceStrong coaching skills, leadership presence, and a growth mindsetEffective verbal and written communication and customer-relations skillsStrong ownership and cross-functional partnership; makes sound decisions independentlyProven people-leadership experience managing sales and/or customer-support teamsDemonstrated track record of owning revenue targets and delivering measurable resultsExperience in digital, virtual, or inside sales and inbound demand conversionThis role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.U.S. Bank is an equal opportunity employer. Pay Range: $126,810.00 - 154,990.00
