What You'll Do + Perform lab tests to verify product quality and safety. + Conduct audits and process control checks (weights, batch sheets, FSMA inspections). + Operate, calibrate, and maintain lab equipment. + Follow all Food Safety policies and regulatory requirements (SQF, GMP, FSMA).
