Job Title: Production Operator II

Client: Aerospace Industry
Duration: 6 Months (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: San Diego, CA 92121
Shifts Available: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Position Overview

We're seeking entry-level Production Operators to support aerospace component manufacturing and repair. Ideal for candidates looking to build a long-term career in the aerospace sector. Hands-on training is provided .

Key Responsibilities

Use hand tools, sanders, and sandblasters to fabricate or repair aerospace parts.
Load and unload components into chemical milling systems and furnaces .
Follow process documentation ( travelers ) to inspect and complete tasks accurately.
Participate in On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs.
Conduct quality checks to ensure parts meet specified tolerances and standards.
Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to all safety , environmental , and quality procedures .
Uphold company values aligned with Chromalloy's "Three Circles" model.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Language: Must be able to read, write, and understand English (FAA requirement)
Preferred Experience:
Use of hand tools and shop/industrial equipment
Background in aerospace, construction, or manufacturing
Skills Required:
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
Good time management and teamwork
