Senior Staff Tax Accountant - Boca Raton, FL (Onsite)
Overview:
Boutique-style office supporting high-profile and professional athlete clients seeks a Senior Tax Accountant. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who values discretion and thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review tax returns for:
- High-net-worth individuals (including professional athletes)
- Partnerships and corporations
- Assist with tax planning and advisory services
- Collaborate with a small, close-knit team:
- 2 Bookkeepers + Managing Partner
- Ensure strict confidentiality and discretion with client matters
- Maintain organized and accurate financial/tax records
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 3-6+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Strong individual tax experience required; HNW exposure preferred
- Experience with partnerships/corporate returns a plus
- QuickBooks Online preferred
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work onsite daily (no remote/hybrid)
Compensation & Schedule:
- Salary: $75,000 - $95,000
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (onsite)
