About the Role As part of the Daily Banking business unit within the Tribe Liquidity, you will play a key role in designing and developing intuitive digital applications that provide a seamless banking experience for both customers and bank employees. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging user interfaces for the VR-Banking App and online banking platforms, which serve a broad user base of over 30 million individuals. The position is located in Münster, Karlsruhe, or Aschheim, with a part-time workload of 19 hours per week. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, often working across different locations and engaging with English-speaking interfaces. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the future of digital banking by translating complex requirements into user-friendly designs that meet high standards of usability and aesthetic appeal. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a relevant university degree in visual communication, digital media, interaction design, or a related field, complemented by several years of professional experience in UI/UX design. Proven expertise in using Figma is essential, along with a strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, mockups, prototypes, and visual aesthetics. You should have a solid understanding of user experience principles, design thinking methodologies, and agile project workflows. Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Jira, and Confluence is required. Additionally, you should demonstrate a structured approach to handling complex requirements, a keen eye for aesthetics, and an intuitive understanding of user behavior. Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to think creatively and outside the box are vital for success in this role. Responsibilities Analyze, conceptualize, and craft modern, appealing user interfaces within agile development teams to ensure an outstanding user experience. Create clear, functional, and visually engaging designs that captivate users of web applications and mobile apps. Develop prototypes, including high-level prototypes, wireframes, and mockups, aligned with style guide standards to facilitate iterative testing and refinement. Take responsibility for the customer experience, supporting the team in translating innovative and complex requirements into user-centric solutions. Serve as a key point of contact for UX/UI questions from business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
