You’ll help customers envision how Renewal by Andersen’s industry-leading windows and doors can elevate their homes.

Uncapped commissions + hourly base

Set hourly rate $23

Most team members average $28- $33 an hour

Top Performers average $38 - $43 per hour

Top performers exceed $100,000 a year!

We fuel your success with a 90-day training program —and once you master the fundamentals, you’ll be eligible to advance into a Direct Marketing Specialist role with even more earning potential and schedule flexibility.

Schedule

37-40 hours weekly

* Mon–Fri: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
