What You'll Do as a Sales Support Administrator:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and daily business operations
- Manage customer communications through phone, email, and chat
- Process sales orders, proposals, contracts, and related documentation
- Maintain accurate customer records and databases
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, production, and marketing teams to support customer orders
- Schedule meetings, organize files, and prepare reports and presentations
- Assist with onboarding new wholesale accounts
- Review product labels and packaging for accuracy
- Track sales metrics and generate reports
- Support marketing initiatives and company communications
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong client relationships
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or sales support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience using CRM software is preferred
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
