Facilities Technician
The Mechanical/Facilities Technician is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, reliability, and operational readiness of all equipment and facilities between Plymouth and Minneapolis plants. This role blends hands-on mechanical troubleshooting with facilities oversight, vendor coordination, and preventive maintenance planning. The ideal candidate is a technically savvy 'jack of all trades' who can support both production line uptime and general facility needs.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance and ensure operational readiness of equipment and facilities.
- Perform hands-on mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance needs.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance strategies.
- Support production line uptime and manage general facility needs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Skills in carpentry, plumbing, and general facilities maintenance.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
