Irwin Lincoln Mazda in Freehold, NJ is currently hiring Automotive Technicians of all experience levels including Technicians, Lube Technicians, Used Car Technicians, and Mobile Service Technicians. We are a busy, growing family owned dealership since 1960 looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a strong team environment.

Responsibilities Include (based on Level):

• Performing maintenance and repair work according to manufacturer standards
• Diagnosing driveability, electrical, and mechanical concerns
• Completing diagnostic testing and repair procedures efficiently and accurately
• Performing multi-point inspections on every vehicle
• Completing Video Multi Point Inspections for clients on every vehicle
• Communicating repair recommendations clearly through repair orders and video inspections
• Performing recall repairs and warranty repairs
• Maintaining productivity and efficiency goals
• Road testing vehicles when necessary
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Properly documenting repairs and technician notes
• Working closely with service advisors and management to ensure excellent client service

Qualifications:

• Automotive experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Valid driver's license
