We're a five-location practice in Western New York: Clarence, North Buffalo, Orchard Park, West Seneca, and Williamsville. We're hiring an Associate Dentist at our Clarence location, with a focus on implant dentistry and full-scope general practice.

What practicing here actually looks like:

Significant focus on dental implants and surgical procedures - full-scope cases including all stages of implant treatment in-house, a capability rare in WNY.

State-of-the-art 3D imaging and fully digital workflow throughout the office.

Hygienists who back you and who you can back - periodontal care done properly, real co-diagnosis.

A team that supports the clinical decisions you make, including lab choices and treatment planning.

Mentorship for associates who want it, and the kind of growth conversations a five-location owner-operator group can have when they're paying attention.

What we need from you:

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.

Active New York State dental license in good standing (or eligible for licensure if relocating).

A dentist who treats patients like guests, the team like professionals, and the practice like it's their own.

Strong communication skills and willingness to lead clinically.

Compensation and benefits:

$150,000 to $350,000 annual compensation depending on experience and production.
