complexity and volume * The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $75 - $90 per visit Key Responsibilities * Deliver in-home speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community * Evaluate patient communication, cognition, and swallowing to develop individualized treatment goals

• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and

agency standards Requirements

• Active Speech Therapist (SLP-CCC) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training
