Assistant Manager – Operating Room The Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the success of the Operating Room by collaborating with the Manager to establish impactful goals and objectives, while efficiently overseeing daily department operations. Serving as a trusted resource for patient care and nursing practices, this leadership position ensures staff are supported and empowered to deliver exceptional outcomes. Qualifications Currently licensed as Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan. Baccalaureate degree in Nursing (or BSN obtained within 3 years of hire) required. MSN preferred. Certification in specialty area of practice is preferred and must be obtained within 6 months of employment. BCLS required. Experience in the clinical area is required. Previous leadership experience preferred.
