Senior Contract Manager

Own end-to-end drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements across EMEA, including SaaS subscription agreements, MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, product licensing agreements, API and technology partner agreements, amendments, renewals, and terminations Provide real-time deal support and strategic legal guidance to Sales and Finance throughout the sales cycle Manage enterprise account portfolios across multiple territories Track contract lifecycles and ensure post-execution obligations are met Build and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and guidance materials Support implementation and ongoing administration of the CLM platform, including CRM and e-signature integrations Deliver training and structured legal education to Sales and cross-functional stakeholders Collaborate with Legal counsel, Finance, and Product teams on non-standard terms, data protection obligations, and security requirements Contribute to process improvement and scaling of the contracts function Requirements Proven experience in a commercial contracts or legal role Strong track record drafting and negotiating complex, high-value B2B SaaS or technology agreements Deep familiarity with MSAs, SaaS agreements, DPAs, NDAs, licensing, and related commercial documentation Experience managing multi-jurisdictional EMEA contracts across diverse markets and legal frameworks Strong commercial instincts and ability to balance legal rigour with deal-closing needs Excellent stakeholder management skills, including confidence engaging at C-level and with Sales, Finance, and executive teams Experience building or improving contract templates, processes, and governance frameworks Proficiency with CLM platforms such as Rally or equivalent and e-signature tools such as DocuSign Ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams and meet tight deadlines Excellent written and verbal English Legal qualification (LPC, GDL, LLB, or equivalent) or paralegal background is a bonus Experience in financial services, real estate, or regulated sectors alongside SaaS is a bonus Experience with GDPR and data protection obligations in commercial contracts is a bonus Experience supporting CLM implementation or migration projects is a bonus Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, particularly in the SaaS sector, while providing strategic legal guidance and managing multi-jurisdictional contracts across EMEA.
