Benefits Enrollment Officer (Work From Home)

  • Meet with clients through Zoom to discuss benefits options and enrollment needs.
  • Use Zoom confidently to schedule, host, and manage virtual appointments.
  • Explain benefit plans clearly and answer client questions in a professional manner.
  • Assist clients with completing enrollment applications and required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service throughout the enrollment process.
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Comfortable using Zoom and other computer applications.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
