Assisted Living

Part Time | Day and Evening Shift
Per Diem (As Needed) | Minimum Requirement: 1 Shift Per Month

Pay: $12.75/hour

What You'll Do:

As a Resident Assistant , you will support residents with daily living activities while helping create a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment. Working under the direction of the Charge Nurse, you'll provide hands-on care and emotional support while promoting each resident's independence and dignity.

• Providing high-quality personal care and assistance with daily living activities
• Supporting residents during meals, social activities, and recreational programs
• Following individualized care plans and encouraging resident choice and independence
• Completing documentation, charting, and required resident care records accurately
• Observing and reporting changes in resident condition or safety concerns
• Reporting incidents, hazards, or allegations of abuse/neglect according to policy
• Assisting with maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Following all state regulations, safety guidelines, and Genacross policies and procedures

Qualifications as a Resident Assistant:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Must have, or be willing to complete, required Resident Assistant and First Aid training
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software systems
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed
