CSBU designs and manufactures high-speed cable and connector products used for AI compute and networking applications by hyperscale and datacom customers such as AWS, Google, Nvidia, Meta, Alibaba, Bytedance and others. This business is currently experiencing significant growth as part of the broader Artificial Intelligence ecosystem. In this role, you will lead strategic and operational HR initiatives to support Enterprise, CSBU, our Datacom and Specialty Solutions Division (DSS), and Molex’s overall goals. Headquartered in Lisle, IL, Molex operates globally with a presence in over 40 countries.What You Will DoPrinciple Based Management ChampionPartner with employees at all levels to grow their knowledge and application of Principle Based ManagementRecruiting and OnboardingSupport the recruitment process in partnership with hiring manager and leveraged recruiting capability to attract top talentEnsure a positive onboarding experience for new hires, including orientation and training programsWorkforce Planning & Succession PlanningCollaborate with leadership to assess workforce needs and develop plans to meet organizational goalsImplement strategies to attract, retain, and develop talentDevelop and maintain a pipeline for succession planning to ensure future leadership and skill continuityCompensation & Total RewardsPartner with segment and functional leaders to align compensation decisions with individual contributionsAdvise leaders on compensation philosophy and total rewards strategyGlobal Partnership & Vision AlignmentPartner closely with the P&L-owning General Manager and leadership team to translate segment and business unit vision into a clear people agenda, organizational priorities, and execution expectations across regions and sitesServe as the central HR integrator for the segment, ensuring local, regional, and global HR teams are working from shared priorities and providing a consistent leadership experienceFlex SupportAssist with special projects and initiatives as assignedWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of HR experience, including direct HR Business partnership with senior business leadersExperience supporting a global, matrixed organization with multiple functions, regions and leadership stakeholdersStrong business acumen and ability to connect people decisions to business performanceAbility to navigate ambiguity, influence senior leaders and drive aligned actions across a complex organizationAbility to travel up to 25% of the time domestically and internationallyWhat Will Put You AheadExperience supporting a global P&L owning general manager or business leaderExperience supporting manufacturing and engineering focused businessesExperience operating in a hyper-growth or transforming business environmentAdvanced degree in human resources, business or related fieldFor this role, we anticipate paying $150,000 - $200,000 per year.
