Key Responsibilities Greet and assistpatients and visitors in a courteous, professional manner. Perform complete andaccurate patient registration and insurance verification. Obtain necessarydemographic, insurance, and authorization information in compliance withhospital policies. Collaborate withclinical and billing teams to ensure accurate patient records and timelyreimbursement. Maintainconfidentiality and accuracy in all documentation and interactions. Requirements Qualifications Minimum of 1–2 yearsof experience in patient registration, insurance verification, or medicalfront office roles. Previous experience asaMedical Assistant (MA),Paramedic, orEMTstronglypreferred. Proven ability tomaintain composure and accuracy in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Exceptional attentionto detail with strong organizational and communication skills. Bilingual in Englishand Spanishhighly preferred. Proficient inelectronic health records (EHR) and medical office software systems.
