Maintenance Tech

Bader in Minnesota is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. You will perform repairs across sinks, windows, floors, plumbing and HVAC, while preparing vacant units for occupancy and maintaining common areas. This on-site role requires five years of maintenance experience, and possession of a CPO license and EPA Universal certification.
