Plant Maintenance Manager - Safety, Repairs & PM Excellence

Clayton is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all plant maintenance systems and drive improvements across our facilities. You will ensure repair, upkeep, and proper operation of equipment and lead maintenance processes. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance, hands-on welding/fabrication experience, and solid knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems. Strong communication is required, with MS Word/Excel proficiency. Full-time on-site role in Alabama. #J-18808-Ljbffr Clayton
