Pay : Starting at $15.00 per hour

Shift : 6:00am- 6:30pm

Schedule: 
Week 1: Friday – Sunday | 6:00am- 6:30pm

Week 2: Thursday – Sunday | 6:00am- 6:30pmOvertime: Must be available to work Fridays as production needs dictate.

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and motivated Packers to join a growing manufacturing team in Kings Mountain, NC. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for permanent employment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment while ensuring products are packaged accurately and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack finished products according to company standards and packaging procedures
• Inspect products for quality and identify defects before packaging
• Maintain accurate production counts and packaging records
• Label and prepare products for shipment as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
• Report quality concerns or production issues to supervisors
• Perform additional production duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Previous packing experience working in a production environment.
• Ability to stand and work for 12-hour shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Must be available to work mandatory overtime on Fridays when required
• Experience meeting production quotas and quality standards
• Must have steel-toe non-slip shoes
• Must meet GMP Standards: No jewelry (including facial jewelry), fake nails or nail polish, fake eyelashes
• Must be okay with No Cell phones on production floor
• Must be able to speak and read either fluent English or Spanish
• Must be able to pass a Drug Screen
• Must be able to meet the 10-year background screening requirement, with no felony convictions or repeated misdemeanor convictions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse experience
• Experience meeting production quotas and quality standards
