Utilities Worker

This dual-role position requires flexibility, as it involves responsibilities across both utilities and lot operations. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our fleet is fueled, maintained, clean, and ready for service each day.

Key responsibilities include:

• Vehicle fueling
• Fuel all vehicles and replenish necessary fluids.
• Accurately log and record fueling and fluid replenishment information.
• Vehicle handling
• Safely drive, maneuver, and park vehicles.
• Maintenance support
• Perform light maintenance tasks in shop areas, fueling stations, and related facilities.
• Report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Vehicle cleaning
• Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to company standards.
• Additional tasks
• Complete any additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to operate and maneuver various types of vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
