Client Advisor - Easton Town Center

Summary Provide high-touch, personalized service on the sales floor and create memorable client experiences. Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Use clienteling, appointments, and product expertise to grow your personal book of business. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional client service and represent the brand in every interaction. Develop, cultivate, and maintain client relationships; capture and manage client data. Achieve or exceed store commercial targets through repeat business and new client development. Conduct client appointments, convert prospects, and drive sales across key product pillars. Optimize in-store hospitality and create memorable experiences informed by client feedback. Use POS and client tracking systems to process transactions and manage follow-up. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Requirements Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing industries such as hospitality. Proven track record of achieving commercial results and sales targets. Strong communication skills and ability to connect with a diverse client base. Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, client tracking tools, and email/Outlook. Flexibility to work non-traditional retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Authorization to work in the United States. Preferred: college or university degree.
