Litigation Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney in Middletown, Connecticut. The ideal candidate will have over three years of personal injury litigation experience and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients. This role involves working closely with a team of dedicated professionals to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. Duties Independently manage a personal injury caseload from inception to settlement or verdict. Engage in all litigation aspects, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trials. Commit to long‑term growth and professional development within the firm. Work in both Middletown and Glastonbury office locations. Requirements 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience. Proficiency in discovery, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy. Jury trial experience is a strong plus. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the state of Connecticut. Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
