Network Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Systems Network Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing our organization's network infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Intune, Azure, and Active Directory. Candidates with hands-on experience in cabling and fiber terminations will be considered a plus. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and support local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and network segments. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high levels of availability and security. Administer Microsoft Intune for device management and security policies. Manage and maintain Microsoft Azure cloud resources and services. Administer Active Directory, including user and group management, authentication, and permissions. Perform regular network maintenance, including firmware updates and patch management. Maintain documentation of network configurations and standard operating procedures. Assist in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cabling, including fiber terminations (preferred). Collaborate with IT team members and other departments to support organizational technology needs. Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Minimum of 4 years' experience in network administration or a similar IT role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure, and Active Directory is required. Experience in cabling and fiber terminations is a plus. Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and hardware. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and communication abilities.
