Compensation: $15.00/hour Base + Commission + Tips (Earning potential up to $25+/hour or more!) | PAID WEEKLY!
About The Role
We are looking for a highly energetic, outgoing, and multitasking Barista & Sales Associate to join our fast-paced weekend team! If you love making great coffee, talking to people, and have a natural talent for sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
You won't just be standing behind an espresso machine; you will be the face of our brand, actively engaging with passersby, offering samples and Taste and Educate people about our product to turn mall visitors into loyal customers. Your earning potential is in your hands—the more you interact and sell, the more you make, with weekly payouts based on your performance!
What You Will Do
Active Selling: Confidently step out, engage with people walking by, and actively promote our premium chocolates and treats. You must be comfortable speaking to people!
Craft Coffee: Prepare high-quality espresso and specialty drinks with professional barista skills.
Multitask & Hustle: Move fast, restock products, operate the register, and handle any other tasks needed to keep the store running smoothly.
Maintain Hygiene: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and personal presentation at all times.

Local Resident: You must live close to or within an easy commute to Gurnee Mills Mall.
Outgoing & Talkative: You are definitely not shy! You genuinely love interacting with people and have a vibrant, welcoming personality and Big Smiles on your Face like the smiley Moon That we have in our Logo.
Sales-Driven: You know how to strike up a conversation, pitch a product, and enjoy the financial rewards of earning commissions.
Energetic & Fast: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a sense of urgency, and are always on the move.
Professional: You take pride in a sharp, clean appearance and delivering excellent customer service.
