Veterans Housing Stability Case Manager
Catholic Community Services
Catholic Community Services is seeking a full-time Case Manager in the Veterans Services team. You will manage a caseload of Veterans and families, conduct intakes, assess housing needs, and help clients achieve housing stability using Housing First approaches. This role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, collaboration with community resources, and HMIS data entry proficiency.
