Project Coordinator/Project Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Project Management team in coordinating technical and commercial project activitiesServe as a customer-facing communication liaisonTrack project schedules, budgets, and deliverables; escalate risks impacting cost or timelineCoordinate preparation and internal approval of engineering deliverables (drawings, calculations, BOMs, reports, O&M manuals, close-out documentation)Maintain project schedules (MS Project) and assist with cost trackingAttend weekly meetings, prepare minutes, and issue status reportsSupport procurement team with Purchase orders, logistics and material handling. QualificationsBS Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or Industrial EngineeringStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Office, Teams, and ERP/CRM systemsPMP certification is a plusStrong problem-solving skillsWorking knowledge of supporting software: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook Strong ability to communicate with teammates on project blockers, updates on assignments, and overall responsiveness via email and MS TeamsAppreciation for business demands and an understanding of manufacturing processesExcellent communication skills, Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand English.Commitment to excellencePersonal attributes: Commitment / Dependability, Even Temperament, IntegrityBenefits-PTO-Benefits
