Job Description

At White Light Health Services, we provide compassionate in-home care to medically fragile children. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pediatric Home Health Nurse to join our team. You’ll provide one-on-one nursing care in a home setting, ensuring our young patients receive the best care possible. This role involves delivering specialized care without the need for travel between multiple homes.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to medically fragile pediatric patients
Manage and administer medications accurately
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Conduct in-home visits and assessments

Preferred Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience in pediatric care
Background in home health nursing
