Senior IT Director, Global Infrastructure & Operations We are partnering with a growing global organization within the industrial/manufacturing sector to identify a Senior IT Director, Global Infrastructure & Operations . This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving enterprise-wide infrastructure, cloud, and IT operations strategy across a complex, global environment. This position serves as a key operational partner to executive IT leadership , helping modernize and scale technology platforms to support business growth, global expansion, and M&A initiatives. What You’ll Be Responsible For Define and execute a global infrastructure and IT operations strategy aligned with business and cybersecurity priorities Lead a cloud-first transformation (Azure/Microsoft ecosystem) across hybrid environments Oversee global infrastructure (cloud + on-prem), including networking and end-user computing Ensure high availability, performance, disaster recovery, and business continuity Drive ITSM/ITIL best practices , including SLAs and continuous service improvement Lead compliance and risk management efforts (SOX, GDPR, CMMC, ITGC, etc.) Partner with security teams on Zero Trust initiatives and operational resilience Support M&A activity , including IT due diligence and post-merger integration Manage budgets, cloud FinOps, and vendor performance Build and lead high-performing global teams while driving accountability and results Track and report KPIs across performance, cost, risk, and user experience What You Bring 20+ years of IT experience, including 10+ years in leadership roles Strong expertise in global infrastructure, Azure/Microsoft technologies, and IT operations Proven success leading M&A integrations in complex environments Deep understanding of ITSM/ITIL frameworks and service delivery models Experience with enterprise compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, CMMC, ITGC) Strong background managing vendors, MSPs, and global teams Preferred Qualifications ITIL Certification CISSP, CISM, or similar security/governance credentials Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments Why This Role?
