Truck Loader - 1st Shift

$18.5 per hour

Summary: We're looking for a dependable and hardworking Truck Loader to join our growing team in Middleton, WI. If you enjoy staying active, working with a team, and taking pride in keeping operations running smoothly, this could be a great fit for you.

In this role, you'll play an important part in preparing shipments and ensuring products are loaded safely and accurately for delivery.

Schedule: 5:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday

Pay: $18.50/hour

Responsibilities: Load and unload trucks in a safe, efficient manner

Organize and secure materials to prevent damage during transport

Inspect shipments for accuracy and report any issues

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Keep the loading area clean and organized

Work closely with team members to meet daily shipping goals

Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the shift.

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Previous warehouse or loading experience is a plus but not required

High School diploma or equivalent preferred
