Job Description: As a Delivery Associate at Appliance & Furniture RentAll, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of appliances and furniture to our valued customers in Rapid City, SD. Responsibilities include delivering appliances and furniture to customers' designated locations promptly and safely, providing exceptional customer service by assisting with product placement and answering any delivery-related questions, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management by properly documenting deliveries and returns, performing pre- and post-trip inspections of delivery vehicle and reporting any maintenance issues, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations while driving and operating delivery vehicle, maintaining a clean and organized delivery vehicle, following delivery schedules and routes provided by dispatch or supervisor, and collaborating with other team members to meet customer demands and achieve delivery goals. Qualifications include a valid driver's license and clean driving record, a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to handle heavy items and perform physical tasks required for delivery, good communication and customer service skills, and strong attention to detail.
