Job Description

Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30) Start dates: Any Monday start from 6/22 through 7/20 at the latest 4x10s Days, on-call required 6-9 days of call per month, 24 hour on call weekend requirements The 6-9 weekdays call is distributed over a 4-week schedule period (5:15pm-7am). The days are not continuous and the end result on final schedule always aims to try best to meet needs of staff, but always meeting the needs of the patients ensuring we have 3 staff on call at all times for STEMI coverage. The weekend call is both Sat-Sun together 48 hrs (5:15pm Friday -7am Monday). 1 weekend in 4-week schedule period

Cath Lab Tech ARRT-R, ACLS, BLS Required State license required- PEND LICENSE OK! Must have Fluoroscopy and Philips Min 1 year experience required- will accept first time travelers! Candidate must apply prior to submittal and start date should allot for the license to issue. Local candidates NOT accepted Candidate is considered local if they are within 75 miles of hospital site 1 Reference Required Return Staff Policy (must be gone 2 yrs to return as traveler) Modules: Modules are non-billable RN: 2 hours Allied: 1 hour Modules are completed pre-start and annually, and vary by specialty
