Use specialized tools and diagnostic software to complete quality repairs. Perform preventive maintenance and emergency services to minimize downtime for customers. Maintain accurate service records, repair orders, and inspection documentation. Communicate professionally with customers and service teams about equipment issues and repair plans. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures at every job site. Continually developing skills through training and hands‐on experience Delivers exceptional customer service while solving mechanical challenges onsite Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as Cat Electronic Technician (ET) and mechanical test equipment.
