In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible not only for recruiting and scheduling but also for managing caregivers to ensure they feel supported, appreciated, and aligned with our client care standards. We’re currently seeking a Staffing Manager who is organized, compassionate, and proactive to help us grow and support our caregiver team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible not only for recruiting and scheduling but also for managing caregivers to ensure they feel supported, appreciated, and aligned with our client care standards. Key Responsibilities Caregiver Recruitment & Onboarding Create and manage job postings on platforms like Indeed and others Review resumes and applications; conduct caregiver interviews Collect required documentation and build detailed caregiver profiles Ensure all new hires meet compliance and care standards Caregiver Management & Support Build strong relationships with caregivers through regular communication Provide ongoing support to ensure caregivers feel valued and successful Address performance concerns, provide feedback, and encourage professional development Promote a positive, team-oriented environment across the caregiver workforce Scheduling & Coordination Match caregivers to clients based on experience, personality, preferences, and availability Maintain accurate, up-to-date schedules to ensure consistent and high-quality care Fill open shifts and adapt to last-minute changes as needed Collaborate closely with families and caregivers to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care After-Hours On-Call (Management Only) Participate in an on-call rotation with the Director for emergency support Handle urgent scheduling needs or client concerns outside of regular business hours Note: You will not be required to physically cover caregiver shifts Communication & Problem-Solving Answer incoming calls with empathy and professionalism Troubleshoot client and caregiver concerns with clarity and efficiency Ensure both clients and caregivers feel heard, respected, and cared for Who You Are Experience in staffing, scheduling, or healthcare administration is a plus Strong interpersonal skills—you’re approachable, a great listener, and people trust you Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable using scheduling platforms, spreadsheets, and online job boards Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Why You’ll Love Working With Us Join a mission-driven team that leads with heart Make a real impact in the lives of families and caregivers Supportive, team-based work culture Competitive pay with room for growth Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM If you’re passionate about caregiving, skilled at building strong teams, and ready to help match great caregivers with families who need them most—we’d love to hear from you.
