Job Summary
Buddoo & Associates, P.C. is a growing personal injury law firm in Tucker, Georgia, seeking a motivated Georgia-licensed attorney to help manage personal injury cases from intake through demand, negotiation, and litigation referral or filing preparation.
This is a hands-on attorney role for someone who enjoys client communication, case strategy, claim development, treatment monitoring, negotiation support, and identifying case issues early. The attorney will work directly with firm leadership, paralegals, and intake staff to keep cases moving, protect clients, and improve case outcomes.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable speaking with clients and insurance adjusters, and able to manage multiple active files with good judgment and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an attorney point of contact for clients regarding case status, treatment progression, and next steps.
• Conduct client interviews, recorded statement preparation, and recorded statements when appropriate.
• Review medical treatment progression, diagnostic findings, provider recommendations, and case development.
• Assist with pre-litigation case strategy, demand review, settlement negotiations, and litigation preparation.
• Work closely with paralegals, intake staff, and firm leadership to move cases efficiently.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and timely file notes and documentation.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, clients, and internal team members as needed.
• Provide regular case status updates to firm leadership.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active Georgia Bar license in good standing.
• Personal injury experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple files, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Comfortable using case management systems, document systems, email, and standard office technology.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Preferred Experience
• Personal injury pre-litigation experience.
• Experience reviewing medical records, demands, liens, and insurance claims.
• Experience communicating with insurance adjusters.
• Negotiation experience.
• Litigation, deposition, or case-supervision experience is a plus.
