Equipment Maintenance Technician, R&D SMT Operations

What to Expect The Maintenance Technician is a critical member of the PCBA manufacturing team, responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and uptime of high‑precision SMT and Thru‑hole assembly equipment. You will work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, performing both proactive preventive maintenance and reactive troubleshooting to minimize downtime. This role requires a hands‑on technical problem solver dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of equipment performance and production quality.
