Known for its large-scale operations, it partners with institutional and private investors to deliver long-term returns. Responsibilities Facilitate the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation Prepare the consolidated financial statements as well as required footnote disclosures for the firm’s earnings releases and 10-Q/10-K filed with the SEC Facilitate the day‑to‑day and month‑end accounting processes for the firm’s holding entities Record and review journal entries as well as reconciling account balances Assist with the journal entries and associated processes surrounding the firm’s stock‑based compensation program Complete and review the monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reports Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting 3-5 years of related accounting within financial services and/or asset management experience Public accounting experience a plus Experience with public company accounting and disclosure requirements Salary Range $105,000-$130,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr Arrow Search Partners
