Job Description:

• Perform production and packaging duties in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Assemble, package, label, and inspect products according to company standards.
• Prepare boxes, packaging materials, and products for shipment.
• Operate production equipment as trained and follow work instructions.
• Sort, count, and organize products and materials.
• Build, stack, wrap, and stage finished products on pallets.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products are properly packaged and labeled.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet daily production and productivity goals.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous production, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be willing to work overtime when required.
• Must follow all company safety and quality procedures.
