Head of Sales

We are looking for a Head of Sales to establish, execute, and grow client acquisition at createawf.com. You will initially focus on hands‑on deal execution, sourcing leads, leading discovery, and closing contracts across small business, mid‑market and enterprise accounts. As you establish our sales foundation and revenue grows, you will transition to building and leading a dedicated team of Account Executives. What You’ll Do Drive Full‑Cycle Sales: Own client acquisition from initial outreach and qualification through to signed contracts. Establish the Sales Foundation: Build our outreach sequences, sales collateral, pricing frameworks, and CRM pipelines from scratch. Scope Client Engagements: Collaborate directly with the technical team to evaluate client requirements, define deliverables, and draft formal Statements of Work (SOWs). Manage Commercial Terms: Navigate procurement, lead negotiations, and execute Master Services Agreements (MSAs). Scale the Team: Establish hiring milestones, then recruit, onboard, and lead future sales hires as pipeline demand expands. What We’re Looking For Proven B2B Closing Experience: A demonstrated track record of personally sourcing, negotiating, and closing deals in technical consulting, custom software, or professional services. Closing Experience: Ranging from fast‑turnaround small business packages ($5k–$10k),mid‑market projects ($10k–$30k) and larger enterprise contracts ($100k+). 0-to-1 Initiative: Comfort building outreach channels and sales processes from the ground up without existing infrastructure. Technical Literacy: Ability to clearly communicate modern AI concepts, system integrations, and workflow automation to business executives and technical decision-makers. Contract Negotiation: Hands‑on experience structuring commercial terms, scoping project deliverables, and managing client agreements.
