Physical Therapist (Pt/Pta)

Physical Therapist Location: 245 West Main Street, Azle, Texas 76020 Salary Range: $78,000-$95,000 Sign on Bonuses up to $5,000 Responsibilities Conduct thorough examinations of patients, using clinical judgment and evidence-based assessment methods. Design individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans for orthopedic, sports, and post‑surgical conditions. Deliver hands‑on therapy, manual techniques, therapeutic exercise prescription, and patient education. Communicate openly with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members to promote a collaborative environment. Maintain clear, timely documentation in the EMR system, documenting progress and adjusting care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes. Participate in continuing education and professional development programs, and pursue leadership opportunities within the organization. Requirements Licensed Physical Therapist (or the ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice). Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from a CAPTE‑accredited program. Current Texas Physical Therapist license (or temporary license qualifying for the position). CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). Experience with outpatient orthopedic populations or comparable settings. Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends as required.
