SHIFT SUPERVISOR
We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team on 2nd shift at our Greenville, KY location.
Responsibilities:
- Position is responsible for all shift operations including organizing, planning, and scheduling work along with directing and instructing and training employees on proper methods and procedures.
- Supervise and manage floor and production staff during shift.
- The supervisor will be accountable for controlling costs, rejects, and scrap.
- Enters production data into MRP System at end of shift.
Experience :
- Must have strong plastic injection molding and technical skills including previous process technician and molding hanging experience
- Previous experience in a leadership role
Work Location: In person
