We believe that when people feel a sense of belonging, they can be more creative, innovative, and thrive at all points in their careers.ResponsibilitiesSupport configuration and maintenance of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to enable manufacturing workflowsWork with manufacturing and process engineering teams to translate requirements into MES configurations and system enhancementsAssist in implementing MES features such as routing, data collection, and traceabilityParticipate in testing, validation, and rollout of MES changes and new capabilitiesTroubleshoot MES-related issues and support root cause analysis under guidance of senior engineersContribute to development of lightweight scripts, tools, or integrations to support MES functionalityHelp document system configurations, workflows, and operating proceduresSupport user training and provide day-to-day assistance to manufacturing teams using MESCollaborate with IT and engineering teams on system integration and data flow improvementsIdentify opportunities to improve manufacturing workflows through better system usage and standardizationRequiredBachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)1–3+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or related technical roles (internship/co-op experience strongly considered)Understanding of manufacturing processes in semiconductor or relevant high-tech environmentStrong computer skills, including comfort working with technical systems, data, and software toolsBasic programming or scripting ability (e.g., SQL, Python, C#, or similar)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailGood communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teamsPreferredExposure to Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) through coursework, internships, or work experienceExperience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environmentsCritical Manufacturing (CMF) MES certificationFamiliarity with databases, data analysis, or system configurationExperience working on process improvement or system implementation projectsInterest in manufacturing systems, automation, or digital transformationThe role will be based at our HQ in Santa Rosa, CA. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate to Santa Rosa area.This position requires access to certain goods, software, technology, or technical data subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations.
