WITH G-TUBE FEEDING AND WOUND CARE EXPERIENCE!

LOCATION: SMITHFIELD, GARNER, CARY AND APEX

Responsibilities:

• Wound Care and G-Tube Feeding Management
• Provide one-on-one direct care in the home Investigates and resolves patient/family member concerns regarding patient care
  
• Ensures the highest quality of care is provided to patients by reviewing documentation
• Observe, assess, documents and reports patient response to treatment
• Medication administration and management
• Experience with proper documentation of skilled nursing care in home health
• Understands Drs order to complete in-home skilled nursing care
• Observe, assess, documents and reports patient response to in-home treatment
• Investigates and resolves patient/family member concerns regarding patient care
• Ensures the highest quality of care is provided to patients by reviewing documentation

Minimum Qualifications:

• Wound Care and G-Tube Feeding Management experience required.
• Must possessa current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Prior home care experience preferred but notrequired

• Current BLS Certification

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done

• Reliable Transportation

Physical Demands:
