Primary Care NP/PA – Scottsdale

A well-established, high-performing Primary Care practice in Scottsdale, Arizona is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its collaborative clinical team. This opportunity is ideal for a provider who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering high-quality patient care within an efficient care model.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of up to $160,000 DOE
• Quarterly bonus opportunities up to $20,000 annually
• Total compensation potential $180,000

Schedule

• Monday – Friday | 7:30am - 4:30pm
• No weekends
• Dedicated MA 
• Daily protected administrative time for chart completion

Position Highlights

• Manage an average of 20-23 patients per day
• Focus on quality-driven care in a value-based model
• Address HEDIS care gaps and ensure accurate HCC/RAF documentation
• Work alongside an experienced and reputable primary care team

Qualifications

• Active Arizona NP (APRN) or PA-C license
• Previous experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
• Value-Based Care experience preferred
• Athena EMR experience a plus
