Parts Counterperson

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying and obtaining the correct Kia parts and accessories.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage parts stock levels.
• Process orders, returns, and warranty claims efficiently and accurately.
• Coordinate with the service department and suppliers to ensure timely parts availability.
• Provide product knowledge and advice to customers and staff.
• Ensure the parts counter area is clean, organized, and professional.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an automotive parts or related retail environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with parts and automotive terminology is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple duties.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems.
