. This full-time, on-site position offers an excellent opportunity to provide compassionate and comprehensive gynecological and obstetric care to our diverse patient population.
As an Ob/Gyn, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the health and wellbeing of our patients through routine examinations, prenatal care, and various surgical procedures. Responsibilities
- Provide expert gynecological and obstetric care to patients
- Perform routine examinations and prenatal check-ups
- Conduct surgeries as needed, including cesarean sections
- Manage patient medical records and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with nursing staff and medical professionals for comprehensive care
- Stay updated on advancements in obstetrics and gynecology
- Educate patients on health and wellness topics
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Requirements
- MD (Medical Doctor) or DO (Osteopathic Doctor) degree
- Current medical license to practice in the state of Michigan
- Strong clinical expertise in obstetrics and gynecology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Compassionate and patient-centric approach
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Experience in a clinical practice setting is preferred
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
OB Call: 24-hour shifts, 1:3 or 1:4 rotation
Daily Volume: 20 patients
Annual Volume: 250-300 deliveries
Full subspecialty support
EMR: Cerner
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
