The Floor Coverings International Production Manager is responsible for delivering the installation of a job to the level of expectation set in the sale of the project. This position is the key to ensuring that customers have a positive experience and that jobs are produced both efficiently and profitably.Benefits include 401(k), company car, flexible schedule, free uniforms, opportunity for advancement, paid time off, training & development, 401(k) matching, and wellness resources.Job details and perks include no experience required, paid training provided, full-time, and company vehicle provided for work appointments.Key responsibilities include meeting with sales staff weekly to discuss recent sales and review customer expectations and product orders, ordering all products needed for jobs accurately and following up on delivery, scheduling the job to meet the schedule of customer and installers, updating the customer ongoing on details of installation by keeping them informed of start date and time and clarifying the work that will be done, communicating job progress daily, discussing and obtaining written permission for any changes in contracted work, confirming scope of work and compensation with installers prior to start of job, delivering on expectations contracted in the sales process, walking the customer through job at completion and collecting final payment with the Design Associate, managing job to hit profit objective, completing job costing reports within 24 hours of completing an installation, consistently searching for installers that can offer a better experience to our customer with more reasonable rates, resolving conflicts and complaints immediately, keeping showroom and office organized and presentable, being available for Home Shows/Local Events and networking opportunities, being available to attend training seminars at owner's discretion, attending at least one form of training per year, continuing to educate self on new flooring, attending weekly meeting with Franchise Owner at scheduled time, updates logged daily with status of job and upcoming schedule, working weekly and monthly to hit sales installation goals, and making decisions and acting in accordance with Floor Covering International's core values and mission.Qualifications include leadership skill to manage installers and handle conflict appropriately, ability to work independently without supervision, ability to maintain organization while working on multiple sites, ability to problem solve productively, ability to make reasonable decisions, portraying a professional image, and clean driving record.Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per yearFloor Coverings International is the #1 mobile flooring franchise in North America.
