Finish Carpenter

We are looking for detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated Experienced Trim Carpenters to join our team! Successful Applicants Will: Perform carpentry tasks, including installing and repairing interior trim, doors, bath hardware, door - hardware, and mini blinds. Operate tools such as nail guns, screw guns, saws, drills, and other required equipment. Meet deadlines without compromising workmanship. Review and execute work orders while inspecting job sites for necessary improvements. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Duties for All Skill Levels Include (but Are Not Limited To): Installing or adjusting exterior and interior doors. Installing door and bath hardware. Installing interior trim, including baseboards, crown molding, casing, wood paneling, wainscoting, judges paneling, tongue & groove, and shoe molding. Installing exterior trim, such as fascia, frieze boards, various siding types, cornices, window trim, and water table trim. Installing porch screening, handrails, custom trim, custom shelving, custom range hoods, and custom bunk beds. Replacing or repairing interior trim, including crown molding, chair rails, baseboards, casing, treads, risers, and hand or wall rails. Requirements Basic Carpentry Tools to Start (Tool Purchase Program available for Qualified Candidates after as little as 2 weeks) Valid Driver's License Strong Work Ethic Ability to Pass Drug and Background Screening Attributes of the IDEAL CANDIDATE: Proven problem-solving skills Works well independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs. repetitively About the Company At Shropshire Built, we specialize in creating custom homes and offering high-end renovations.
