Job Summary
As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting our kitchen team with food and nutritional services that meet the dietary and therapeutic needs of our residents. You will work in a clean and safe environment, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care.
Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation, serving, and presentation to meet the dietary and therapeutic needs of residents.
Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to regulatory standards.
Develop a basic understanding of food handling, preparation, and cooking procedures.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service to residents.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to read, understand, and follow standardized recipes.
Basic understanding of and willingness to learn sanitation and workplace safety regulations.
Basic understanding of and willingness to learn food handling, preparation, and cooking procedures.
