Drain Surgeons is hiring an experienced Plumbing Service Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, dependable service, and treating customers with respect. This role involves diagnosing and repairing residential and commercial plumbing, drain, and sewer issues while clearly explaining findings and recommended solutions. Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Install, repair, and replace water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and other plumbing components.
• Perform drain cleaning, hydro jetting, sewer camera inspections, and sewer line repairs.
• Accurately identify plumbing issues and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
• Communicate professionally with customers, explaining findings and available repair options.
• Complete work orders, estimates, and job documentation accurately and thoroughly.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized condition.
• Follow all plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Arrive on time, maintain a professional appearance, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Work independently while effectively communicating with the office and management throughout the day.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency service calls as needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a team-oriented work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Plumbing experience in residential and commercial service and repair.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver's license 
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in confined spaces and varying weather conditions.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage time efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a commission-based position, with the commission structure and percentage discussed during the interview process. Employee benefits are available following successful completion of the company’s probationary period.
